Restore, Reconnect, and Release with Yin Yoga
Join us every last Friday of the month in the peaceful warmth of the Mongolian yurt at Stadionbrache, where we’ll dive into a restorative Yin Yoga practice focused on relaxing the body and mind. In this peaceful and serene setting, you’ll be guided through long-held, passive postures that work deeply into the fascia and connective tissue, areas often overlooked in more active yoga styles.
Through mindful breathing and awareness, we will gently release built-up tension, restoring balance to the body while increasing flexibility and mobility. This practice allows you to soften and open the deeper layers of the body, creating space in the fascia and connective tissue—those vital networks that support our muscles and bones. As we hold each posture for longer periods, you’ll gradually unlock deep physical tension, encourage energy flow, and foster a sense of inner stillness.
Yin Yoga is not just about the body; it is a practice of presence. It teaches you to listen closely to your own rhythms, to move beyond the surface-level stretch, and to create profound changes within. The warm, calming atmosphere of the yurt, along with relaxing breathing exercises, offers the perfect environment to let go and restore.
