What is Playfight?
Playfight, as taught by Matteo Tangi, is a way to connect—with yourself and others—in the way that feels right for you.
Playfight is playful wrestling, like the way cats play with each other, or how some of us may have experienced it as children.
There is a game objective and a greater purpose, but no winners or losers.
In Playfight, we practice meeting each other with mindfulness and establishing a clear connection to our own needs and boundaries.
This Playfight Circle is organized by Jann.
Contribution: CHF 30–60

For me, Playfight is a powerful way to connect—with myself and with others—while exploring new ways of navigating inner and outer conflict through embodied practice.
My movement background includes Aikido, Capoeira, and Contact Improvisation—a dance form that invites free movement in the moment. This influences both my personal and professional life.
I am also trained in Possibility Management, which helps me navigate emotional processes with more awareness and responsibility—much like what we cultivate through Playfight.
