The Technique
Guided by Claudia we use a technique called Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB). It aims to achieve the state of zero thought, where the mind is quiet, and you emerge into a state of calmness and concentration.
CCB is a dynamic breath with a focus on the inhale and a soft shorter exhale. By doing so you allow more oxygen in your body resulting in healthier blood, relaxation, and clarity. All Levels are welcome (from Beginner to Advanced Breathworkers).
Your Facilitator
Claudia guides transformation unlocks potential and creativity, by methodically steering the process on a mental, physical, emotional, and energetic level. She has a background in Mental- & Transformation Coaching, Breathwork, Yoga, Emotional Intelligence, Art- and Innovation Management. She is an International Leadership Mentor and Consultant.
Preparation
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Ensure you are well hydrated prior to the session and have some water ready for after the session. Please don't eat 90min before. Please bring a journal and some pens.
Important
While breathwork can be beneficial for many, there are conditions where caution or avoidance may be necessary: history of seizures or epilepsy, first trimester of pregnancy, detached retina / any eye condition or psychotic episodes.
