Thrust together under the hazy neon lights of the Reeperbahn a chance encounter between fellow roving Brits Ty Freeman (v. & g.) & Joel Phillips (b.) has given spawn to a new rock n roll project so gloriously filthy and befitting of its sordid surroundings. Following on from a week long stint in Hamburg, that morphed into a lockdown enforced adventure of two years busking across Europe for Troubadour Freeman, he finally settled in Zürich and summoned Jakob Uhlenhopp (dr.) to join the occult alongside long-time trusted demon Joe Smith (g.) from his native Liverpool.
Soul Gazer brings to life all the music written during his explorations as the world shut down around him. Their debut single "W.A.R.", released this October has already been played on the BBC, Amazing Radio, playlisted in Dr. Martens stores across Europe and grabbed the attention of Wunderhorse, for which they opened for at the legendary Molotow Klub.
