Breath and Sound

We invite you to a deep dive experience that combines Breathwork and Sound Healing. 

The session begins with guided meditation, some somatic exercises, followed by 40-50min. Conscious Connected Breathwork. In this breathing journey, you’ll release physical & emotional blockages and allow new energy flow through your body. It opens the door to your subconscious, clears your mind and brings you back to your true Self.

Following the breathwork, sound healing will take you even deeper into your inner experience. Various sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal- and bronze singing bowls, Chakapa, Koshi and more, are used to harmonize your body's vibrational frequencies. These healing sounds assist in integrating the previous breathing journey, and restoring your inner balance.

About Vanessa - Munay Frequency:

Vanessa offers a sacred, ceremonial space for deep self-exploration and transformation, where participants are welcome with all that they are. Her practice blends the healing medicine of cacao with mindfulness, authentic relating, guided meditation, sound frequencies, and shamanic rituals. Together, these elements create a powerful journey toward inner growth and spiritual alignment.

Her intuitive approach to holding space involves tuning into both the environment and participants, guiding the experience based on their evolving needs and dynamics.

Her years spent in Peru and Mexico have provided her with a unique perspective that profoundly shapes and enhances her ceremonial work.

About Joy - Inyourprana

Joy is a trained and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. She creates an inclusive safe space in which everyone is allowed to be fully themselves and let go.

With her empathy & her strong intuition, she supports you through your breathing journey with words and touch (optional). She invites you to discover the healing potential of your breath - your life energy!

Breathwork is not suitable in cases of pregnancy, asthma, heart disease, diabetes, mental illness (e.g. psychosis, including in the past). If you have experienced severe trauma we recommend a 1:1 session. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
