You'll get to spend the day exploring Neuchâtel and the festival after which we'll head back to Bern. Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions).
