This 3 weekend course will change the way you understand movement.
It will help you break free from repertoire - you will UNDERSTAND MOVEMENT and have the skill to create endless new exercises. The course will teach things that should have been taught at the beginning of your career and you have looked for ever since.
By grounding ourselves in the true functional anatomy of human body, we will explore the science of movement. You will learn how to see the human body and its movement in new and exciting ways that open your eyes to the huge potential within movement therapy.
Building from the base of functional, evolutionary and comparative anatomy, you will learn how to put all of the theory into practice, bringing it together in a way that makes sense - marrying biotensegrity alongside the language of biomechanics .
At the end of this first weekend you will be able to see the reality of 4D anatomy of movement and create new exercises or adapt old ones according to the needs of your clients.
