Anschliessend begibst du dich in die passive Entspannung: Du liegst ruhig auf der Matte, während dich die Klänge von Klangschalen im Sound Bath umgeben. Diese Verbindung von Aktivität und Ruhe unterstützt die körperliche und mentale Regeneration. Die Session ist offen für alle – es sind keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig.

In this session, you’ll experience a combination of active and passive meditation. You’ll begin with conscious, dynamic breathing (Breathwork) to stimulate your nervous system. Then, you’ll transition into deep relaxation as you lie on the mat and are surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls during the Sound Bath. This blend of activity and stillness supports both physical recovery and mental balance. The session is open to everyone – no prior experience needed.
