Radical collaboration is an approach to collaboration that goes beyond conventional visioning and planning. It involves embracing diversity and engaging with others who you don’t necessarily agree with, like, or trust. It involves addressing issues at their root. It involves experimenting your way forward when you can’t clearly see the path ahead. It involves taking responsibility for your role in both the solution and the problem.
What’s the course about?
This two-day course will deepen participants' capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to address complex societal challenges.The course is structured around developing and enhancing collaborative capabilities, processes, and spaces. Participants will leave with a new understanding of how to approach systemic collaboration to achieve impactful and durable outcomes.
