How do I assign roles and edit or delete them?

You can only assign, edit or delete roles if you are an "organiser" or "event manager" yourself.

How do I assign a role to someone?

  • Click on "User roles" on the left-hand side of the cockpit
  • Click on the "Assign role" button on the right
  • Name the role with the first name/name of the role owner and integrate their email address
  • Select the corresponding role
  • Assign the desired events to the role
  • Click the "Save" button to finalise the assignment

The added role holder will receive a notification by email. If they do not yet have an account with Eventfrog, a one-time password will be sent, which the new role holder can use to log in once to change the password.

How do I edit/change a roll?

  • Click on "User roles" in the cockpit on the left-hand side
  • Filter for the role or search for it in the list
  • Click on "Edit"
  • Here you can make and save your changes

How do I delete a role?

If you are an "organiser" or "event manager", follow these steps:

  • Click on "User roles" in the cockpit on the left-hand side
  • Filter for the role or search for it in the list
  • Click on the icon with the recycle bin next to "Edit"
  • The role is deleted
