Bring with you
Comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe freely, blindfold/sleep mask if you have (if not, no worries đ), a water bottle, an open mind. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start so that you can arrive calmly. Do not come on a full stomach or when hungry; have a light, healthy snack beforehand.
After the workshop: It's best to keep your schedule open after the Breathwork session to integrate and honor your experience.
Contraindications
If any of the contraindications listed below apply to you or have applied to you in the past, please contact me before booking to clarify whether the workshop is suitable for you. In some cases, a one-on-one Breathwork session may be the best and safest choice.
- Recent major physical injuries or surgeries.
- Cardiac issues.
- Seizures, epilepsy, diabetes, retinal detachment, glaucoma, cardiovascular diseases, vascular diseases, stroke, prior aneurysm, severe asthma, existing pregnancy.
- Severe traumatic experiences (e.g., sexual abuse, violence, etc.) and other intense shock traumas.
- Severe mental illnesses such as psychosis, paranoia, schizophrenia, borderline, bipolar disorder, etc.
- Severe or complex PTSD, intense anxiety, and panic attacks.
- When taking strong medications and blood thinners.
- Any conditions where intensive physical or emotional activity is not recommended by your doctor.
About me - Thomas Gmeiner
Everything I teach and coach is based on my own life experiences. After a pedagocial degree I worked with hundreds of people in different settings. From class rooms, to holiday camps to the facilitation of business workshops. As a team lead and manager I love it to continuously bring people closer to their true potential and guide them on their path. I am certified Meditation Teacher by Puunu Wasu.
I enjoy to combine modern, new age tools and methods with more spiritual and magical exercises in a way that they are accessible for everyone and still incredible powerful.
