Primal Play & Cuddle Jam: Geneva Edition #1
This workshop invites you to embrace more aliveness and playfulness in connection with others. Too often, we get caught up in our thoughts and take life too seriously. Come and join us to deepen into the realness of the moment when we are fully present in our flesh and open to curiosity to show us the way.
Imagine that you meet a person across from you without thinking about what will happen or how the connection will unfold. What if, instead, you witness how connection unfolds when both of you are fully present, seen, and guided by the wisdom of your bodies? Let’s be surprised by what actually will be co-created together.
What is Primal Play?
Primal Play is a practice that offers you the opportunity to break your patterns of habitual relating. It is a relational laboratory that invites you to reconnect with your playful and authentic parts while remaining fully in the moment and following the wisdom of your body. It is a safe, non-sexual space to explore physical connection.
Together we will create a movement practice with no verbal exchange. Two or more players sit on a mat with the intention to arrive at the present moment. There is no agenda, nothing needs to happen — simply let go and see what energy wants to

We have received the blessings to bring this amazing practice to Geneva from its creators, Rachel Rickards and Buster Radvik from Embodied Intimacy. They themselves adapted the practice from Ritual Play, developed by Marina Kronkvits.
Cuddle Jam
The second part of the workshop will be enriched with a mellow and flowy cuddle session as a beautiful way to integrate the previous experience and soothe our nervous system even more.
For Whom is This Workshop?
For everyone who wants to reconnect with themselves and others in an authentic, spontaneous, physical way. For everyone who wants to feel more alive and relearn how to let go and play. You can come in couples or solo. No previous experience is needed.
Disclaimer: Even though this event is non-sexual, sensuality during play might arise. Clothes remain on at all times. All activities are optional. Your full consent is the only requirement for your interactions with others.
