❄️ Day 1 Winter: Retreat & Letting Go
- Winter gives us the space to feel deep within.
- With Vishesh's healing music and voice work, you will travel to your inner voice.
- Corinne will then gently guide you through a breathing journey through your inner landscape. You let go, of what you no longer need and reclaim seeds for your life.
- Together we create a sacred space to free ourselves from old baggage and strengthen you from within.

- We awaken to new life with the power of spring.
- The energy flows from the strengthened inside to the outside - now we manifest, celebrate and create!
- With music, voice and nature, we connect deeply with the cycle of life and celebrate the new. Nurture your essence, let your soul dance and grow beyond yourself.

About Corinne
Corinne is a nature and wilderness trainer and breathwork facilitator, originally from Berne. She also guides people through transformative breathwork and sees this work as part of her vision - to become whole again and to find a home in oneself as well as in nature. Because this freedom creates energy to follow one's own destiny. By doing this, we make the earth a place of peaceful coexistence again.

Equipment & Requirements
- An open soul, a voice that wants to thrive.
- Comfortable clothes for the inside, warm and comfortable clothes for the outside.
- Water bottle, lunch and something to take notes.
- Saturday: No Coffee from 10.00h on, as caffeine influences the brainwaves for Breathwork.
Place / Studio
The Workshop is in O-Tone-Studio, Gallusstrasse 4, 8006 Zurich. The studio is 15 Minutes by feet from Zurich Main Station.
Dates & Investment
- Saturday 8th of March, 10 - 17h
- Sunday, 9th of March, 10 - 17h
- Regular: 270 CHF
- Early Bird / Low Income: 240 CHF
It is highly recommended to attend both days to benefit from the journey. However, if your agenda has other plans and there is still space, you can ask to attend Saturday only. (Regular: 150 CHF, Early Bird / Low Incomes: 130 CHF.)
